Help and resources

Library

Today, CPE Aux Mille Jeux is also a CPE of a Thousand Books.

Reading is dreaming with your eyes open

Kerry Reichs

Over several years, CPE Aux Mille Jeux has completed a project to establish a warm and resource-rich library in each of its facilities to foster a love of reading from early childhood. Today, more than 4,500 books are available to children, educators, and families, thanks to the commitment of the book committee and many volunteers.

Inclusion of Children with Disabilities

Little Bees Program

Everyone's diversity is everyone's strength.

Julos Beaucarne

Here, we guarantee the right to education and equality for every child by promoting respect, acceptance, sharing, and inclusion.

CPE Aux Mille Jeux reserves 9 spaces at its Tambourin facility for children (little bees) with suspected language disorders (dysphasia). These little bees are between 2 and 5 years old and are also clients of the CMR. Each child is integrated into a regular group at the CPE that matches their age and developmental level.

Nutrition

Healthy eating for healthy growth

The secret to living well: eat half, walk double, laugh triple, and love without measure.

Proverbe tibétain

Inspired by this proverb, the CPE places great importance on a healthy and balanced diet, which is essential to a child's overall development. Our menus prioritize variety, fresh fruits and vegetables (often locally sourced), whole grains, and both plant-based and animal proteins.

Meals are prepared on-site with care, limiting processed foods, salt, and added sugars. Each child is also provided with a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Communication

Inform, Exchange, and Support.

Every human group draws its strength from communication, mutual support, and solidarity toward a common goal: the fulfillment of each individual through a respect for differences.

Françoise Dolto

Administrative communications are sent via Dokmail.

Daily updates regarding the child's day are shared in the À Petits Pas communication log.

Educational discussions between parents and staff members are possible at any time, based on needs, and upon request.
